Won the opposition to the Commonwealth’s 211 – 3 appeal.  Much relief has ensued.  Though of course, now the question becomes: Now what?

I had a snippy comment about the quality of argumentation at the appellate level (albeit, papers only at this point) vs. the district court level, but I have thought better of it, and will refrain from commenting.

But it will be retarded if we lose this appeal.

Answer to 211 3 petition has been sent in.  Cross fingers.  Hope.
